Who We Are

Our mission is to provide a safe, affordable independent living group home where every resident is seen, respected and supported--so people can live with dignity choose their own path and thrive.

Who We Serve

Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

We exist to open doors--literally and figuratively--so people can move from uncertainty  to stability, from surviving to belonging. At Solely Living, housing is more than a roof. It's a foundation for dignity, health and new beginnings for all that we serve.

People on SSI/SSDI

We structure rent to be affordable on fixed benefits, with predictable monthly costs (utilities often included) and simple, transparent agreements. Stability first--so residents can focus on health, goals and community.

Homeless/Re-entry

We provide low-barrier requirements and support with basic documents when possible. Affordable options and flexible payment plans when feasible. With a focus on stability first--we create a calm, predictable home base to regroup and move forward.

A Commitment to Healing

Solely Living was born from a simple, stubborn belief: Everyone deserves a safe place to call home.

What started with one room. A small, quiet bedroom that had been empty for months while the world outside felt loud and unforgiving. We met someone who needed that room--someone working two jobs, saving every penny, and still sleeping in their car because rent kept inching out of reach. We handed them a key. The relief on their face was more than gratitude; it was the settling of a life back into place.

So many people are close to stability but keep slipping through the cracks--people on fixed incomes, veterans, those rebuilding after loss, young adults aging out of care and neighbors with disabilities who want independence with a little support. We believe the problem isn't motivation; it's access. Safe, affordable housing with real community is hard to find.

We refuse to accept that. At Solely Living, we create independent living group homes that honor choice and dignity. We choose neighborhoods, not isolation. We focus on belonging, not just beds. And we keep our homes affordable so residents can breathe, save and build.
